Team Goals: Improve daily so we can compete for a Section IV Class AAA title at the end of the season.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC West division. Lost to Elmira in Section IV Class AAA Championship.
Elmira Express (Class AAA)

Team Goals: We reached our goal of Section IV Class AAA Champions last year, and this year's goals are no different. Work hard, win each day, and put us in a position to play for a Sectional Title.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC West division. Defeated Corning to win Section IV Class AAA Championship. Lost to Our Lady of Lourdes (IX) in NYSPHSAA Subregional.
Horseheads Blue Raiders (Class AA)

Team Goals: Get better each day. With the majority of our athletes specializing in other sports, it takes time to build upon the basketball skill piece. However, the work ethic these fifteen girls have shown each day is a good indication that improvements will be made in a timely fashion. They have a winner's mentality and compete hard. Our goals will be to show gradual improvement each week, and to eventually compete for the STAC West division, STAC, and Section IV Class AA Championships.
Last Season: Won STAC West division. Defeated Susquehanna Valley in Semi-final and Chenango Forks to win STAC Championship. Defeated Binghamton in Semi-final and Union-Endicott to win Section IV Class AA Championship. Lost to Albertus Magnus (I) in NYSPHSAA Subregional.
Ithaca Little Red (Class AAA)
Head Coach: Sydney Trumble, 4th year
Key Players: Samantha O’Connor (soph.), Stella Sapp-Dietrich (sr.), Emerson Collins (sr.)
Team Goals: Qualify for postseason play.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC West division. Did not qualify for sectionals.

Team Goals: Show the basketball community that Binghamton has been a sleeping giant that has now been awoken. Sky is the limit for this team. Stay tuned for a historical ride!

Johnson City Wildcats (Class A)

Last Season: Won STAC Metro division. Lost to Chenango Forks in STAC Semi-final. Defeated Norwich in Semi-final and Owego to win Section IV Class A Championship. Lost to Walter Panas (I) in NYSPHSAA Regional Final.
Maine-Endwell Spartans (Class A)

Team Goals: Make it back to the Arena as well as doing the uncomfortable things to make the team better, meaning enhancing your game to not be one dimensional.

Vestal Golden Bears (Class AA)
Head Coach: Nick Anderson, 5th year (6th overall)

Team Goals: Continue to build our consistent habits to put ourselves in position to compete for a Section IV Class AA title.

Team Goals: Look to compete in Sectional play with an ultimate goal of competing in the State Playoffs.
Last Season: Won STAC Central division. Defeated Johnson City in Semi-final, lost to Horseheads in STAC Championship. Defeated Seton in Quarterfinal, Chenango Valley in Semi-final, and Newark Valley to win Section IV Class B Championship. Lost to Utica Notre Dame (III) in NYSPHSAA Regional Final.
Chenango Valley Warriors (Class A)
Head Coach: Ryan Hayes, 7th year (25th overall)

Team Goals: Compete, grow as a unit, and have fun.

Owego River Hawks (Class A)

Team Goals: Compete at a high level daily, with a one-game-at-a-time mentality, and the goal of a Section IV Class A title opportunity. (Unfinished Business).
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Central division. Defeated Maine-Endwell in Semi-final, lost to Johnson City in Section IV Class A Championship.
Seton Catholic Saints (Class B)

Team Goals: We have a lot of young girls this year. Our goal is to improve every game and to take it game by game.

Waverly Wolverines (Class B)

Team Goals: We are looking to compete in a very competitive STAC East division and Section IV Class A.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC East division. Lost to Johnson City in Section IV Class A Semi-final.
Oneonta Yellowjackets (Class A)
Head Coach: George Foti, 1st year (5th overall)

Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class B)

Team Goals: Defend our STAC East division title and make it to the Arena for the Section IV Class B Championship game.
Last Season: Won STAC East division. Lost to Horseheads in STAC Semi-final. Defeated Oneonta in Quarterfinal, lost to Newark Valley in Section IV Class B Semi-final.
Windsor Black Knights (Class A)
Head Coach: Scott Symons, 1st year (7th overall)
Key Players: Ashlee Hagerman (sr.), Charley Carr (fresh.), Payton Otis (jr.)
Team Goals: We will be setting team goals for points per game, limiting turnovers per game, and playing really tough defense.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Central division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
