Team Goals:
Boys – Try and win STAC and Section IV Class A titles and have a strong showing at States. This is a lofty goal since the Ithaca boys return an amazing team that is among the very best in New York State.
Girls – Try and win STAC and Section IV Class A titles and have a strong showing at States. This will be a challenging goal as we have just one returner from our top seven from last year, but we have a talented mix of newcomers and returners ready to take up the challenge.
Last Season:
Boys – Won STAC West division. Won STAC Championship. Finished 2nd at Section IV Class A Championship. Douglas Cornfield won STAC Championship. Cornfield finished 2nd at Section IV Class A Championship and 33rd at NYSPHSAA State Championship. Sebastian Boutwell finished 3rd, Jaxyn Mahoney 8th, Gregory Homa 9th, and Nicholas Ferratell 11th at STAC Championship. Boutwell finished 5th, Mahoney 8th, and Homa 9th at Section IV Class A Championship. Boutwell finished 61st, Mahoney 72nd, Homa 84th, and Ferratell 85th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.
Girls – Won STAC West division. Won STAC and Section IV Class A Championships. Finished 8th at NYSPHSAA State Championship. Sarah Lawson won STAC and Section IV Class A Championships. Lawson finished 17th at NYSPHSAA State Championship. Ella Grinnell finished 3rd, Sadie Beres 6th, Lauren Roche 8th, Olivia Murch 10th, Meghan McLaughlin 11th, Faith Tubbs 12th, and Taylor Farrell 15th at STAC Championship. Beres finished 3rd, Grinnell 6th, Roche 7th, Tubbs 9th, and Murch 10th at Section IV Class A Championship. Boys – We have five freshman, one sophomore (new to the sport) and one senior. This is a young team, so our goal is to really work together and improve throughout the season.
Girls – Right now we have three girls competing. The goal is for the girls to run PR's and try to qualify for states as individuals.

Boys – Finished 5th at Section IV Class A Championship.
Girls – Finished 8th at STAC Championship. Ella Devlin finished 8th at Section IV Class A Championship and 89th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.

Team Goals: Continue to grow our XC program, help our athletes love running and meet individual goals, and to get a few kids to States! When we started coaching three years ago, we had a large freshman group. Since then, those athletes have been incredibly dedicated to XC and distance running in Track and Field. We are excited for all they can accomplish as they start out their junior year!
Last Season:
Boys – Finished 8th at STAC Championship and 3rd at Section IV Class A Championship.
Girls – Finished 5th at STAC Championship and 3rd at Section IV Class A Championship. Mackenzie Baker finished 5th at STAC Championship, 5th at Section IV Class A Championship, and 69th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.

Crosby Woods finished 4th, Everett Shaw 5th, Andor Nadasdy 13th, Will Boscia 14th, and Zoltan Nadasdy 15th at STAC Championship. Woods finished 3rd, Shaw 4th, Riley Hubisz 6th, Andor Nadasdy 7th, and Zoltan Nadasdy 10th at Section IV Class A Championship. Hubisz finished 37th, Woods 44th, Shaw 68th, Andor Nadasdy 71st, and Zoltan Nadasdy 74th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.
Girls – Finished 2nd at STAC Championship and 2nd at Section IV Class A Championship. Avery Whittaker finished 7th, Paceyn O'Grady Specht 14th, and Maren Golden 17th at STAC Championship. Tsadia Bercuvitz finished 2nd and Whittaker 4th at Section IV Class A Championship. Bercuvitz finished 3rd, Whittaker 65th, and Golden 97th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.

Boys – Finished 6th at STAC Championship and 3rd at Section IV Class B Championship. Joshua Mayer finished 7th at STAC Championship. Mayer finished 2nd and Nicholas Luti 4th at Section IV Class B Championship. Luti finished 46th and Mayer 60th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.
Girls – Won STAC Metro division. Finished 3rd at STAC Championship. Won Section IV Class B Championship. Finished 7th at NYSPHSAA State Championship. Dakota Limbert finished 9th at STAC Championship, 2nd at Section IV Class B Championship, 43rd at NYSPHSAA State Championship, and 170th at NY Federation Championship. Madison Buckley finished 13th and Wyoming Trudeaux 18th at STAC Championship. Trudeaux finished 5th, Buckley 7th, and Sadie Limbert 8th at Section IV Class B Championship. Buckley finished 71st, Trudeaux 80th, Sadie Limbert 96th, Allison Mariano 106th, McKenna Buck 107th, and Reese Dimon 108th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.

Girls – Finished 3rd at Section IV Class C Championship. Grace Harkness finished 6th, Mari Pourby 12th, and Jaidyn Ericksen-Hrehor 15th at Section IV Class C Championship. Harkness finished 98th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.

Chenango Valley Warriors (Class C)

Girls – Abigail Rosengrant finished 45th at STAC Championship.

Owego River Hawks (Class B)

O’Donnell finished 10th and Javan Belokur 17th at STAC Championship. Belokur finished 7th at Section IV Class B Championship. O’Donnell finished 66th and Belokur 85th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.
Girls – Won STAC Central division. Finished 4th at STAC Championship and 2nd at Section IV Class B Championship. Jaelyn Chrysler finished 2nd at STAC Championship and won Section IV Class B Championship. Chrysler finished 8th at NYSPHSAA State Championship and 49th at NY Federation Championship. Lilly LaFever finished 16th at STAC Championship. Stella Palladino finished 9th and LaFever 10th at Section IV Class B Championship. Palladino finished 97th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.

Seton Catholic Saints (Class D)

Boys – Braylon DeKay finished 26th at Section IV Class C Championship.
Girls – Elizabeth Vaughn finished 5th, Harper Minaker 9th, and Mackenzie Chamberlain 13th at Section IV Class C Championship. Vaughn finished 44th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.

Norwich Purple Tornado (Class B)

Fletcher-Foster finished 32nd, Forbes 51st, Rissberger 97th, Brighton Logue 101st, Ziaie 106th, Lema 112th, and William Cooper 127th at NYSPHSAA State Championship.
