Team Goals: Improve every day. We want to grow as a team and peak at the right time. We want to stay connected and work as a team.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC West division. Won Section IV Class AAA Championship in a tie with Elmira (co-champions). Did not advance to state tournament due to losing in Penalty Kicks.
Elmira Express (Class AAA)
Head Coach: Zachary Sarno, 14th year (18th overall)

Team Goals: Have fun with each other, get better every practice and team get together, and then if that happens, hopefully success will come along with that on and off the field.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC West division. Won Section IV Class AAA Championship in a tie with Corning (co-champions). Advanced to state tournament due to winning in Penalty Kicks. Lost to Arlington (I) in NYSPHSAA Subregional.
Horseheads Blue Raiders (Class AA)
Head Coach: Wesley Kirk, 1st year (6th overall)
Key Players: Emma Kamas (sr.), Katie Miley (jr.), Maddie Ribble (soph.), Sydney Blunt (soph.), Jess Als (sr.)
Team Goals: Continue to be a family and use that bond and togetherness out on the pitch to help play the best soccer we can.
Last Season: Won STAC West division. Defeated Owego in Semi-final, lost to Vestal in STAC Championship. Lost to Ithaca in Section IV Class AA Semi-final.
Ithaca Little Red (Class AAA)
Head Coach: DJ Roberts, 2nd year (10+ overall)
Key Players: Eliza DeRito (jr.), Phoebe Colvin (sr.), Isabel Makosch (jr.)
Team Goals: Play good football. We want to move the ball well, be smart on and off the ball while playing cohesively. All else will follow.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC West division. Defeated Horseheads in Semi-final and tied Vestal to win Section IV Class AA Championship (co-champions). Did not advance to state tournament due to losing in Penalty Kicks.

Binghamton Patriots (Class AAA) (Combined with Windsor)
Head Coach: Ashlee Power, 1st year
Key Players: Angelique Banks (sr.), Alexandra Lisio (sr.), Ella Deyo (soph.), Tori Hopkins (soph.)
Team Goals: Work on technical skills, confidence on the ball, and trust throughout the team with goals of improving our skills, our teamwork, and our communication on the field. All of this leads up to the ultimate goal of winning more games than last season and having fun while we are at it.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Metro division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Johnson City Wildcats (Class A)
Head Coach: Brittany Carpenter, 2nd year (4th overall)
Key Players: Emery Guzyk (sr.), Sara McGlynn (jr.), Reem Adam (jr.)
Team Goals: We have a team mixed of returning players and some who have never played soccer before. We strive to foster growth of skill and knowledge of game both on the individual and team level.
Last Season: Finished 5th in STAC Metro division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Maine-Endwell Spartans (Class A)
Head Coach: Mark Lee, 3rd year (4th overall)

Team Goals: We play in a very difficult conference. Our goal is to stay competitive with these talented teams and make a name for ourselves. We have a strong community behind us, and we'll do our best to make them proud.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Metro division. Lost to Owego in Section IV Class A Championship.
Union-Endicott Tigers (Class AA)
Head Coach: Kendra Ryerson, 7th year (18th overall)

Vestal Golden Bears (Class AA)

Last Season: Won STAC West Metro division. Defeated Oneonta in Semi-final and Horseheads to win STAC Championship. Defeated Union-Endicott in Semi-final and tied Ithaca to win Section IV Class AA Championship (co-champions). Advanced to state tournament due to winning in Penalty Kicks. Lost to Somers (I) in NYSPHSAA Subregional.
Central
Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Class B)
Head Coach: Jack Giblin, 2nd year

Team Goals: We are going to build off of our productive offseason and try to be more of a threat by challenging the opponents’ defense and keepers. We are still a young team and should have plenty of chances for them to put our team in a better position this year.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Central division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Chenango Valley Warriors (Class A)
Head Coach: Devon Lash, 2nd year (10+ overall)
Key Players: Maddie Hayes (sr.), Emily Nickson (sr.), Tiffani Schaefer (soph.), Hannah Watson (soph.), Bella Testani (fresh.)
Team Goals: Be successful as a Class A school. Moving up from Class B brings new challenges, but we still have high expectations of ourselves to win everything possible.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Central division. Defeated Union Springs/Port Byron in Quarterfinal, Lansing in Semi-final, and Oneonta to win Section IV Class B Championship. Lost to Marcellus (III) in NYSPHSAA Regional Final.
Owego River Hawks (Class A)
Head Coach: Laurel Neira, 3rd year (4th overall)
Key Players: Isabella Silvestri (sr.), Cadia Fain (sr.), Ashlyn Dalton (soph.), Olivia Dodge (sr.)
Team Goals: Come together as a team and continue to be competitive this season and get back to sectionals!
Last Season: Won STAC Central division. Lost to Horseheads in STAC Semi-final. Defeated Norwich in Semi-final and Maine-Endwell to win Section IV Class A Championship. Lost to Rye (I) in NYSPHSAA Subregional.
Seton Catholic Saints (Class C)
Head Coach: Ehrlich Chery, 2nd year
Key Players: Sara Lewis (jr./Midfielder), Vivianna Garcia (fresh./Midfielder), Zoriya Bell (7th grade/Defensive Midfielder)
Team Goals: Play in Section IV Class C Championship game.
Last Season: Finished 5th in STAC Central division. Lost to Elmira Notre Dame in Section IV Class C First Round.
Waverly Wolverines (Class B)
Head Coach: Tara Hogan, 10th year (15th overall)
Key Players: Addison Westbrook (sr./Midfielder), Kiley Stillman (sr./Forward), Kait Sutton (jr./Midfielder/Forward), Makenzie Olmsted (soph.), Kendall Rockwell (soph./Defense)
Team Goals: Make it farther in postseason (we were eliminated in the Section IV Class B Quarterfinal last year).
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC Central division. Lost to Dryden in Section IV Class B Quarterfinal.
East
Norwich Purple Tornado (Class A)
Head Coach: Riley Lougee, 1st year (3rd overall)
Key Players: Bella DiIorio (sr./Forward/Center Midfielder), Josey Ryan (soph./Forward/Center Midfielder), Maya Adoff (sr./Center Defensive Midfielder), Daphney Frank (jr./Goalkeeper)
Team Goals: Win the STAC East division. Use being at the top of the division to propel us in the Section IV playoffs and make a run deep into October.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC East division. Lost to Owego in Section IV Class A Semi-final.
Oneonta Yellowjackets (Class B)
Head Coach: Jerry Mackey, 21st year (30th overall)

Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class B)
