West
Corning Hawks (Co-ed)
Head Coach: Aspyn Landis, 5th year
Key Athletes: Lexi Thibault (sr.), Brock Thomas (sr.), along with the rest of the team
Team Goals: Growth in the program across all levels, growth in individual skill which in-turn will grow the team, and growth in team unity.
Last Season: Finished 5th in Co-Ed division at STAC Championship.
Elmira Express (Class A)
Head Coach: Michelle Allen, 15th year
Key Athletes: There isn't a single key player; this team is a talented mix of athletes who each bring a drive for excellence.
Team Goals: With 18 athletes competing this season, we are really excited to bring a jam-packed routine to the performance floor this year. We are looking to enhance our stunting skills; having more athletes should allow us to build into harder level skills. Improving our motion technique scores compared to last year will be a high priority, as well as bringing more energy to our routine. We are looking to secure a victory in sectionals by staying state competition ready now.
Last Season: Finished 4th in Division 1 at STAC Championship and advanced to the Section IV D1 Large competition.
Horseheads Blue Raiders (Co-ed)
Head Coach: Kayla Kuhns, 5th year (8th overall)
Key Athletes: Alivia Augustine (sr.), Liv Giammichele (sr.)
Team Goals: We have a very young team and are working on building our stunting skills, technique, and growing as a team. This young team is extremely driven and has a lot of talent. Their goal this season is to qualify for the state championship.
Last Season: Won Section IV Division 1 Large Championship. Finished 5th at NYSPHSAA Division 1 Large State Championship.
Ithaca Little Red (Class A)
Head Coach: Unique Leflore, 6th year
Key Athletes: MJ Jett (sr.), AnnaLynn Haddow (soph.)
Team Goals: Improve and become more athletic.
Last Season: Finished 4th in Co-Ed division at STAC Championship.
Metro
Binghamton Patriots (Co-ed)
Head Coach: Anne-Marie Conley, 23rd year
Key Athletes: Shawn Gibson (sr.)
Team Goals: Work outside our comfort zone and step it up with stunts.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in Co-Ed division at STAC Championship and advanced to the Section IV competition.
Johnson City Wildcats (Co-ed)
Head Coach: Lydia Mann, 9th year
Key Athletes: Ava Martinkovic (jr.), Brooke Dyer (soph.), Landon Weiler (jr.)
Team Goals: Qualify and attend a national competition for the first time. Put out a clean and crowd engaging routine.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in Co-Ed division at STAC Championship and advanced to the Section IV competition.
Maine-Endwell Spartans (Class C)
Head Coach: Natalie Nirchi, 10th year
Key Athletes: Split in half with returning athletes and new athletes
Team Goals: Increase our stunt difficulty while still maintaining high execution. We also are working hard to make it make to the State Championship in March.
Last Season: Finished 2nd overall at STAC Championship. Won Section IV Division 2 Small Championship. Finished 9th in Preliminary Round at NYSPHSAA Division 2 Small State Championship.
Union-Endicott Tigers (Class B)
Head Coach: Andrea Guccia, 11th year
Key Athletes: Veronica Bowman (sr.), Ava Greco (sr.), along with other returners who have become leaders
Team Goals: Focus on execution of skills and maintain momentum throughout the season.
Last Season: Won STAC Championship and Section IV Division 1 Small Championship. Finished 11th in Preliminary Round at NYSPHSAA Division 1 Small State Championship.
Vestal Golden Bears (Class B)
Head Coach: Erin Schultz, 6th year (10th overall)
Key Athletes: Mackenzie Allis (sr.), Nicole Wowk (sr.), Emmilene Griffiths (sr.), Juliana Donahue (soph.), Chelsie Stuccio (soph.)
Team Goals: Work on our overall technique as a program! Our other goals are to have the full team's jumps above horizontal, to have majority back handsprings, and to get new skills like full ups or roundoff ups!
Last Season: Finished 3rd overall at STAC Championship. Finished 2nd in Division 1 at STAC Championship and advanced to the Section IV D1 Large competition.
Central
Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Class C)
Head Coach: Kody Smyder, 6th year (9th overall)
Key Athletes: Jada Williams (sr.), Lexi Love (fresh.), Amelia Tasber (sr.)
Team Goals: Improve our skills and technique each week. We will maximize the talent we have while focusing on the growth of our newer athletes.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in Division 2 at STAC Championship and advanced to the Section IV competition.
Chenango Valley Warriors (Class C)
Head Coach: Sarah Fernald, 3rd year
Key Athletes: Madison Hubenthal (jr.), Madison Allen (jr.), Lola Montemagno (sr.), Delaney McMahon (sr.)
Team Goals: Receive a bid to compete at UCA Nationals for both Game Day and Traditional. Qualify for NYSPHAA State competition. Grow our skills in stunting and tumbling. Grow our confidence on and off the mat
Last Season: Won Section IV Division 2 Large Championship. Finished 9th in Preliminary Round at NYSPHSAA Division 2 Large State Championship.
Seton Catholic Saints (Class D)
Head Coach: Rita Zielewicz, 2nd year
Key Athletes: Erin Lewis (sr.) and Sarah Fiacco (jr.)
Team Goals: Win at sectionals and advance to states. I want to push this tea to be the best.
Last Season: Did not qualify for sectionals.
Waverly Wolverines (Class C)

Norwich Purple Tornado (Class C)
Head Coach: Nancy Swertfager, 35th overall
Key Athletes: The whole team
Team Goals: Continue to rebuild the Norwich cheerleading program by teaching the basic fundamentals and teamwork. Bring back the spirit, traditions, and pride that have been lost through the years. Prepare athletes to attend camp in the summer and begin competing in the fall of 2024.
Last Season: Did not compete in postseason competition.
Oneonta Yellowjackets (Co-ed)
Head Coach: Kelly Tavarone, 8th year

Team Goals: Be a strong, confident, successful team.
Last Season: Won Section IV Co-ed Championship. Finished 10th in Preliminary Round at NYSPHSAA Coed State Championship.
Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class C)

Team Goals: Keep improving our skills and compete as much as possible.

Team Goals: Continue to develop and improve as a team. Hopefully, spark interest with young athletes in the hopes of having multiple team levels next year.
